In Texas there are seven parole board office locations.
- Austin Parole Board Office
- Angleton Parole Board Office
- San Antonio Parole Board Office
- Palestine Parole Board Office
- Gatesville Parole Board Office
- Huntsville Parole Board Office
- Amarillo Parole Board Office
Each of the offices is assigned to a set of units in its region. The Board Member and Parole Commissioner in that office will decide the parole cases of all the inmates in their assigned unit unless it requires a special vote.
