E. Stanley Topek

E. Stanley Topek is a native Houstonian. He graduated from the University of Texas in 1967 with a Bachelor of Arts in History and graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 1970. He is board certified in criminal law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and has been specialized since 1975.

Mr. Topek served as an Assistant District Attorney for Harris County from 1970 to 1975 and rose to the position of Chief Prosecutor. Since 1975, he has practiced criminal law with the firm of Topek & Topek.
