If you have questions for a Texas Parole Lawyer please call us on our toll free number 888-661-5030 or fill out an online contact form and an experienced Texas parole lawyer will contact you shortly to answer your questions.  Additionally, we have written a free information booklet about the Texas parole process that can be downloaded for free.  Lastly, we regularly add information to our website based on questions we receive and you can search the website to see if your questions have been answered.

The Texas parole process can seem simple and at the same time confusing and arbitrary.  A great deal of this is because the decision as to whether an offender is granted parole or not will be made by a small group of people and they only explain there decisions in the most general terms.  As experienced Texas parole lawyers we have practiced at each of the regional parole boards and made presentations before parole board members and commissioners across Texas.  Based on these experiences we have learned that a different approach is necessary for each client.  It is our belief that every person in prison ends up there for drastically different reasons and therefore their parole plans and the reasons they should be granted parole will be different.  It is our job as parole lawyers to get to know our client, their support system, their offense and criminal history in order to give the Texas Parole Board as many reasons as possible why an individual should be granted parole.

If you have questions about our services please call us, we would be happy to answer any questions you may have in order to determine if our services could be beneficial.  We will be upfront with you in regards to what we see as the positives and negatives of a case.  Our offices are in Houston and our parole practice takes across the State, we represent offenders with families in Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, McAllen, Corpus Cristi, Fort Worth and other cities across the State.
