Hunter Uncovers Marijuana Grow Operation Outside Houston

At the end of July about seventy miles north of Houston a deer hunter happened to walk through a grow area with over 40,000 marijuana plans and a sophisticated irrigation system. Authorities say more dealers have decided it is easier to grow plants here as opposed to taking them over the border. Pulling up the thousands of marijuana plants is a very time consuming effort and inmates from the Polk County Jail were brought to the scene to assist.
