Big mouth leads to arrest for felony evading arrest and possession.

The police were called to the intersection of 249 and Hardin Store Road as a result of a 19 year old with an All Terrain Vehicle bragging about he had just outrun the Tomball Police Department. As the officer approached he saw the ATV driving North. The officer attempted to stop the driver but the driver refused to stop. After following the driver the driver lost control of the vehicle and then was unable to continue driving it. The man tried to run but fell and was arrested. After a search methamphetamine’s were discovered and the man was charged with felony evading arrest with a vehicle and possession of a controlled substance.
