Criminal Defense Attorney: Defending the Rights of the Accused and the Incarcerated

As Texas Parole Board attorneys we regularly represent offenders whose cases are decided by the Angleton Parole Board.  The Angleton Board is located about forty-five minutes south of Houston at 1212 N. Velasco, Angleton, TX 77515.   When we represent an offender we request an interview with the lead voter, although it is up to each Board Member or Commissioner to decide whether to grant an interview the Angleton voters have been welcoming and permit us to make a presentation and bring members of our clients support system to speak on the offender’s behalf.

The Angleton Parole is one of the six regional parole board that decides whether to grant or deny parole for offenders residing in the units they are assigned.  If you or a loved one is currently in the Darrington Unit, Clemons Unit, Hightower Unit, Jester, Strongfellow, Plane State, Ramasey Unit, Stiles Unit, Scott Unit, Terrel Unit, or the Vance Unit the Parole Member and Commissioners at the Angleton Parole Board will be assigned the case.  For the majority of offenders a decision is reached when two voters in the Angleton office are in agreement.  Currently the Board Member at the location is Cynthia Tauss and the Parole Commissioners are Lynn Ruzicka and Fred Rangel.

If you or a loved will be eligible for parole and you believe their case will be decided by the Angleton Parole Board please call us on our toll free number 888-661-5030 or fill out an online contact form and an experienced Texas Parole Attorney will contact you shortly.  We pride ourselves on always being available to speak with you in order to make sure you understand the process as well as the work we are doing on your behalf.
